Astrophotography
Collecting Light
From the Edge of Time
Astrophotography is a process of accumulation: by collecting faint photons over many hours, the signal builds up and hidden structures emerge — ionised gas, dust lanes, and the quiet architecture of distant galaxies.

A scientific approach
Each image is built from calibrated data: light is recorded, quantified, and integrated to reveal structures governed by physics — ionised hydrogen regions, interstellar dust lanes, and signatures of stellar evolution.
Typical workflow: calibration → stacking → colour mapping → careful processing (without artificial “painting” of details).

Where Earth
meets the stars
My work spans from distant galaxies to the quiet darkness of our own skies. I photograph the universe as both a scientific reality and a human experience — light collected, processed, and preserved as art.
